Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. However, as a small business, late cancellations and no-shows can hurt our ability to offer you the best possible booking experience. So, when scheduling, a credit card will now be required to hold your appointment.
We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. All cancellations within 24 hours or on the same day of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s) cost. All No-Shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s) cost.
